STEP ONE

Choose a package that is the best fit for your business or request a custom quote for just the items you need. 

STEP TWO

Provide the required retainer to reserve your spot on the project schedule. For web projects, 50% of your total is required up front.
Please note that your retainer is non-refundable as reserving your spot means any other paying clients will be turned away to better serve you and the timeliness of your project.

I schedule 1 to 2 clients a month to ensure undivided attention to your brand design project. Monthly spots fill up quickly so ask about the current schedule to confirm your spot upon your retainer submission. 

STEP THREE

You will be asked to fill out the BRAND DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE which will include questions about you, your style and inspirations.

Along with the questionnaire, a Pinterest board is always extremely helpful in providing a visual representation of the characteristics of your new brand. This process of pinning has often revealed things about a client’s identity and aesthetic that they didn’t know before! This is a great tool to a successful brand design. The more research that is done up front, the less your brand has to be revised in the years to come. 

If this step seems a little overwhelming, assistance with your pinning process is available at an additional charge of $50.

STEP FOUR

You will receive your first proof on the start week that was scheduled for you. Further polishing and design varies in time based on the project.

*Note: Proof approvals are requested within 3 business days after they are received as this maintains my workflow, project completion goals and bookkeeping.  

STEP FIVE

Once we have edited and made all final polishes, your final balance is requested and you will receive all of your design files or your site launch will be processed!
