RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. As a result, our cancellation policy has been designed to be as thoughtful as possible in the event your plans change, while keeping in mind significant costs we have already incurred to make this experience magical for you.
You may cancel your registration 60 days or more prior to the Unveiled Designers Retreat and receive a full refund of your payment minus the $499 non-refundable deposit. Please email your cancellation request to info@leslievegadesign.com. Any cancellation requests less than 60 days prior to the Retreat will not be refunded. Refunds are also not permitted for late arrivals, flight cancellations, travel delays, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
While very unlikely, if the Unveiled Designers Retreat has to be canceled due to low participation or an unforeseeable circumstance we incur, we will refund all deposits and payments made to us. If the Retreat has to be canceled due to weather, natural disaster, a national or global pandemic, or political unrest, refunds will be dependent on receiving a refund from the Retreat venue owner. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your travel costs.
